An enquiry may contain your name, email, optional organisation, client type, selected services, budget and project description. Required fields support a useful reply; other fields are optional. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive data in an initial enquiry.
How the form works
The form composes text in your browser. Nothing is sent automatically. The email button opens your email app; you review and send the message yourself. You can also copy or download it. Entered contact details remain in page memory without persistent local storage. Selected service references are stored for the tab session. The website does not upload client files.
Purposes & legal bases
Received enquiries are used to respond and prepare a quote, based on pre-contractual steps you request. Project processing relies on contract performance; required records on legal obligations; complaints and security on legitimate interests. This website does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters, sell your data or make automated individual decisions.
Recipients & hosting
Received information is accessible to authorised persons at NALVYQOR DIGITAL and technical providers needed for email or the project. Netlify may process technical data such as IP addresses and logs needed to deliver and secure the website. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable transfer safeguards. Retention periods
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for no more than twelve months after the last useful exchange. Contractual information is kept during the project and normally for five years afterwards as evidence. Invoices are retained for ten years. Working files are returned or deleted according to the contract. Specific legal obligations or disputes may justify a proportionate, limited retention period.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Contact business@nalvyqorsoftware.tech. Proportionate identity checks may be needed. Requests are normally answered within one month, with a reasoned extension where permitted. You may complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL. Information specific to data processed on your behalf during a project is defined separately before processing.
