Period & exercising the right
A consumer normally has fourteen days from conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory rules for calculating the period. A quote enquiry is not a contract and does not require withdrawal.
Send a clear statement by email to business@nalvyqorsoftware.tech or by post to NALVYQOR DIGITAL, 13 rue des Tuileries, 69009 Lyon, France. Keep evidence of sending it within the period. The model below is optional.
Early start & refunds
Starting a service before the period expires requires a separate express consumer request. If withdrawal follows a properly requested early start, only the proportional service already supplied may be payable. Loss of the right after full performance requires prior express agreement and acknowledgement under the statutory conditions. No waiver is presumed.
Immediate supply of digital content without a physical medium follows separate rules: any loss of withdrawal rights requires the legally prescribed consent and confirmations. Describing a service as custom-made does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
Refundable amounts are returned within fourteen days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without fees. Any statutory extensions to certain business clients remain applicable.
